PURPOSE: Assignment of New Agent for Power of Attorney-Vehicle Title and Registration
BACKGROUND: Paxton Culp is no longer designated as the authorized agent for Enterprise Fleet Management to handle vehicle title and registration documentation on behalf of Snohomish County. Enterprise has appointed Lane Vandaveer as the new authorized agent for these responsibilities. Background: On November 5, 2025, Snohomish County entered into a Master Equity Lease Agreement with Enterprise Fleet Management, following Enterprise’s selection as the successful bidder under RFP No. 24-0313BC. The agreement was presented to the Snohomish County Council under Motion No. 25-468. The Council approved Motion No. 25-468 on November 5, 2025, thereby authorizing the County Executive to execute all necessary agreement documents. Enterprise Fleet Management now requests the County Executive’s signature on a Power of Attorney document designating Lane Vandaveer as the authorized agent. This Power of Attorney is limited in scope and applies solely to the execution of initial vehicle title and registration documentation for fleet vehicles.
