PURPOSE: Revised Piggyback Award Recommendation for PB-25-0652RB - Above-ground Fuel and Fluid Storage with Related Hardware, Software, and Services
BACKGROUND: A previous Bid Award Recommendation was approved through Motion 25-395 (ECAF 2026-0292) to utilize the top ranked supplier for Sourcewell Contract #081524. The Facilities & Fleet Department has determined the need to add additional awardees under the same contract to better facilitate County’s anticipated demand and required timeline for the initial phase of the Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) project. This revised Bid Award Recommendation serves to amend the previous award to include nine (9) additional awardees with no change to the proposed two (2) year award term.
