PURPOSE: Authorize the County Executive to approve Amendment 3 of the Master’s Touch Contract for printing and mailing services.
BACKGROUND: Authorize the County Executive to approve Amendment 3 of the Master’s Touch Contract for printing and mailing services for Assessment Notices and Listing Forms. This amendment increases the not to exceed amount by $40,000 to $275,000 to allow payment for contracted services through April 2027. Funds are within the Assessor’s approved budget for 2025-2026 biennium.
