PURPOSE: Approval of ILA between Snohomish County Fire Protection District No. 26 - Sky Valley and Snohomish County for the purpose of paying $500,000 toward the development of their neighboring parcel for the expansion of the fire station’s footprint.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County has secured Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery (CLFR) grant funds under the federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and it is with these funds that the County wishes to contribute to the land development project by Sky Valley.
