BACKGROUND:
The Developmental Disabilities Citizen Advisory Board is comprised of citizens who serve in an advisory capacity to the Developmental Disability staff of the Snohomish County Human Services Department. The Board meets monthly, and is comprised of up to 15 members, drawing from all areas of the county and a range of backgrounds, including family members, individuals with developmental disabilities, professionals, and advocates.
Hayley Etnier resides in Council District 3 and has 20 years serving in the Developmental Disabilities field.
Hayley Etnier has served, in the education setting, as a para, teacher and administrator.
Hayley holds a Doctorate in Education Leadership and is the current Director of Special Education for the Edmonds School district.
Hayley Etnier is not a member of any other County board or commission.
Hayley Etnier is recommended for an inital three year term upon appointment
