ORAL MOTION
Council Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion that the County Council hereby authorize and approve the Settlement Agreement and Release of All Claims relating to the lawsuit filed in Skagit County Superior Court Cause Number 23-2-00515-29 by Damon Scott as negotiated by Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Kristofer Bundy following consultation with the County Executive. Councilmember Peterson seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
