PURPOSE: Approval of Change Order #1 to authorize payment to the contractor, John Eager Roofing LLC, for added work associated with fascia and roof substrate on the roof of the display hall.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County and John Eager Roofing entered into agreement #SW-26-0716LY on May 6, 2026, for roof repairs at the display hall at the County Fairgrounds. Once the initial work began it was discovered that additional work was needed that was not included in the initial bid. Some fascia and underlaying substrate needed to be replaced.
