EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: Amendment 1, updating the PDA contract between Sno. Co. and the Public Defender Association for indigent defense services in 2024 to reflect CBA agreements.
BACKGROUND: Per the 2024 Snohomish County Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), COLA and market rate adjustments are to be paid to the PDA for 2024 per the contract executed for 2024 between the County and PDA. The attorney positions are due $985,851.57 and non-attorney positions are due $168,688.07 for a grand total of $1,154,539.64.
