PURPOSE: The purpose is to execute a Professional Services Agreement with DZPA for July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.

 

BACKGROUND: DZPA was contracted with Snohomish County to provide public affairs service relating to behavioral health issues for the 2024 State Legislative session. This professional services agreement will extend DZPA’s services through May 2025.
