BACKGROUND: The Executive Office requests that the County Council approve a budget transfer in the amount of $96,000.00 from Pending Grants Expenditure and Revenue line item(s) in the Nondepartmental Program to the Executive Grant Control Fund 130 Expenditure and Revenue line item(s) in Program 300, in order to provide the expenditure authority for the development of a Workforce Strategic Plan for Snohomish County
