PURPOSE: To enter into an interlocal agreement with the Town of Darrington to provide fire investigations to the Town, as needed.
BACKGROUND: The Town of Darrington has requested an interlocal agreement (ILA) with Snohomish County for the County to provide fire investigation services to the Town, as needed. The Town had an ILA for fire investigation services that expired in 2013. The attached interlocal agreement provides for the County to perform fire investigation services to the Town, as requested
