BACKGROUND: .
• Snohomish County would like to establish the website TakeFlightSnoco.org as an up-to-date educational source for the community, a way to improve program partnerships and enrollment and develop the next generation of workers.
• Washington State University shall create, update and maintain the website as well as provide a digital marketing plan.
• The total Washington State University contract totals $74,310 and the contract terminates on December 31, 2023.
