PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation - PW-26-0690SB - Ash Way Overlay 164th ST SW to Park & Ride
BACKGROUND: A competitive bid was issued for improvements of Ash Way from 164th St SW to Park & Ride. The Work includes pavement repair, planing, paving, pavement markings, utility adjustments, traffic control, and other work to be completed in accordance with the contract requirements. Three (3) bid submittals were received, the lowest responsible bidder being JB Asphalt for award amount of $806,126.50 plus applicable Washington State Sales Tax.
