PURPOSE: Revised Piggyback Award Recommendation for PB-25-0478LY - Lawn and Grounds Equipment
BACKGROUND: A previous Bid Award Recommendation was approved for solely for Mowers in Motion 25-395 (ECAF 2025-2733). The Facilities & Fleet Department has determined a need for additional lawn and grounds equipment available through DES issued competitive solicitation number 28123 for Lawn & Grounds Equipment which was issued on December 31, 2024. This revised Bid Award Recommendation serves to amend the previous award to include additional equipment and manufacturers with no change to the proposed award term through April 30, 2030, or estimated award amount of $3,000,000 over five (5) years.
