PURPOSE: The approval of the attached Amendment 7 will allow the Human Resources (HR) Department to remove the Perform module subscription and extend the Master Agreement from September 28, 2026, through September 27, 2027.
BACKGROUND: In 2011 Snohomish County entered into an Agreement with Governmentjobs.com dba NeoGov for an online automated recruitment and selection system for new employees as part of implementation of recommendations made during a 2007 performance audit of the Snohomish County hiring process. The Agreement was amended in 2014 to expand recruitment functionality, in 2020 and 2021 to add functionality and extend pricing, 2022 to co-term all the modules, and 2023 to add the SCORM Tool. The current term of the Master Agreement ends on September 27, 2026, and the parties desire to extend the Master Agreement from September 28, 2026, through September 27, 2027. Additionally, the County desires to remove the Perform subscription as it has not been utilized. The increase to the Master Agreement for the term from September 28, 2026, through September 27, 2027, shall not exceed $202,731.23 plus applicable sales tax. Approval of this Amendment 7 will allow the Human Resources department to remove the Perform module subscription and extend the Master Agreement from September 28, 2026, through September 27, 2027.
