PURPOSE: Motion referring an expansion of the Darrington UGA to PDS and the Planning Commission for consideration and recommendation as part of Alternative 3 in the 2024 Comprehensive Plan update process.
BACKGROUND: The proposed expansion area is approximately 107 acres, including Whitehorse Park (82 acres) and a 25-acre portion the Hampton Mills site (the rest of Hampton Mills is already in the UGA).
