BACKGROUND: A request for proposal was advertised (RFP #26-0707LY) for the purpose of restroom cleaning during the annual Evergreen State Fair for 2026 and up to 5 (1) year extensions. There were 8 proposals and Ecobrite Services, LLC was the highest evaluated company.
