PURPOSE: This motion would refer proposed code amendments to PDS and Planning Commission for review and recommendation back to the County Council by May 7, 2024.

BACKGROUND: This proposal would allow subdivisions in LDMR and MR to have the same number of lots as is achievable for units under the SFDU process.
