PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation ITB-25-0532LY - Fencing Services
BACKGROUND: A competitive invitation to bid for ITB-25-0532LY - Fencing Services was issued to solicit bids for as-needed fencing projects costing up to $40,000 per individual project. The lowest responsible bidders are awarded as follows: Primary Contractor: FRN Corp. and Secondary Contractor (if the Primary is not available): Koch Holdings Inc dba All City Fence. The award of this bid will result in a two-year contract with each of the two (2) companies on a firm, fixed price basis for the initial one-year term with an option to renew for two additional two-year terms in accordance with SCC section 3.04.120 and section 3.04.140(5).
