PURPOSE: Approve Change Order No. 4
BACKGROUND: Change Order No. 4 is proposed for $267,500.01 (plus applicable sales tax at 7.9%) and incorporates work described in Change Order Proposals (COPs) 5,9,10,16,17,18,19 and summarized: COP 5 special inspections, COP 9 repair trail drainage ditch and culvert, COP 10 over excavation of parking areas, COP 16 southern restroom underground repairs, COP 17 removal and disposal of underground storage tank and hazardous materials, COP 18 landscape and trail drainage issues and extends the contract by 15 days.
