EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION:  Approved by Ken Klein 5/5/25

PURPOSE: Approve Amendment No. 1

BACKGROUND: The City of Granite Falls has contracted with Snohomish County for law enforcement services since 2014.  Under ECAF 2023-1317, the City and County extended law enforcement services through an ILA for the period of January 01, 2024 - December 31,2026.  This amendment No. 1 amends the cost for services due to increases in interfund fees (ER&R, Risk, IT).
