PURPOSE: Approve amendments for Commerce Agreement 24-62511-005 and Aqua Hills HOA agreements
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County was awarded a grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce for $210,000. The County issued Aqua Hills HOA Emergency Rapid Response Sub-Award Agreement to facilitate the project. Both of these agreements are attached here in. Also attached are amendments to these agreements to clarify the scope of the work.
