EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION:  Lacey Harper 9/5/23

 

PURPOSE: To allow forensic pathology locums tenens to assist with our caseload amid the loss of our Chief Medical Examiner and one of our Associate Medical Examiners being injured.

 

BACKGROUND: Dr. Lacy, past Chief Medical Examiner, has accepted a position at King County. His last day with Snohomish County is approximately October 13th, though he will no longer be performing any postmortem examinations. Dr. Marshall’s injury will prevent her from performing exams regularly until possibly November.
