PURPOSE: Approve Amendment No 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Ideal Option
BACKGROUND: On August 20, 2020 Snohomish County entered into a Professional Services Agreement with Ideal Option to provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) at Snohomish County Corrections. Both parties have agreed wish to revise the hours of services and fee structure. We are asking for the approval of Amendment No 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Ideal Option which will revise the hours of service and fee structure provided on Schedule B of the Agreement.
