EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION
PURPOSE: Approve Fee Increase
BACKGROUND: The county signed an agreement with Therapeutic Health Services on March 25, 2023, under ECAF 2023-0566 to provide opiate substitution (methadone) treatment services at the Snohomish County Jail. Per the agreement, rates may be adjusted by the agreement at time of the contract extension under Section 2 of the agreement. This amendment increases the fees starting April 1, 2025.
