PURPOSE: To renew current ILA with the State of Washington to continue café services on campus
BACKGROUND: In 2005 Snohomish County, included with the construction of the Robert J. Drewel Building, built a café facility on the Campus courtyard to support visiting jurors, County employees, local business population and other guests.Said facility has been occupied by a café operator since the time of construction serving thousands of guests and visitors during the existence of the café. The current Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with the State expires on May 31, 2025 and the State wishes to renew the ILA for another five (5) years.
