PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation PW-25-0666SB - 2026 S Machias RD Culvert Replacements
BACKGROUND: A competitive bid was issued for the 2026 S Machias RD Culvert Replacements with contemplated work including but not limited to improvement of culvert replacements near 2310 Machias Road and other work. Work is to be completed in accordance with the requirements set forth in the specifications, drawings and contract documents. Seven (7) bid submittals were received, the lowest responsible bidder being Reece Construction Company for award amount of $2,111,881.97 plus applicable Washington State Sales Tax.
