PURPOSE: To recoup costs for the collection of special assessments on behalf of the city of Everett.
BACKGROUND: RCW 35.21.955 authorizes the Treasurer’s Office to recoup the cost of collection of special assessments. The City of Everett has agreed to pay the Treasurer’s Office this cost.
