BACKGROUND: A competitive Bid was issued for improvement of the Middle Pilchuck River Restoration Project. The primary goal of the Project is to increase and improve rearing, foraging, and in-stream habitat for Chinook salmon, steelhead, bull trout, other salmonid species, and other work.
