PURPOSE: Inter-agency reimbursement agreement that reimburses Snohomish County for both extraordinary sentencing costs and Legal Financial Obligations (LFOs) associated with Blake decisions.  Said reimbursement is coming from the State of Washington AOC.

BACKGROUND: Inter-agency reimbursement agreement that reimburses Snohomish County for both extraordinary sentencing costs and Legal Financial Obligations (LFOs) associated with Blake decisions.  Said reimbursement is coming from the State of Washington AOC. The total amount of reimbursement is set at $5,346,801, unless amended at later with the State legislature approving additional appropriations.  The below current expenditures represent an estimate for 2021 and then the remainder is in 2022.
