BACKGROUND: Focus EduSolutions, Inc. (original contractor) is replaced by Focus Digital Labs, LLC, who will perform all services and obligations of the original contractor until the agreement end date. Starting 01/12/26 all invoices will be issued to Focus Digital Labs, LLC.
