BACKGROUND: A competitive bid was issued for the improvement of 140th Street NW/NE from 63rd Drive NW to 3rd Ave NE. The work includes pavement repair, planing, paving, pavement markings, utility adjustments, traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the 2025 WSDOT Standard Specifications.
