PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation PW-23-0012SB
BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued to obtain pricing for the Abatement and Decontamination of the New Start Facility in Edmonds. The work includes but is not limited to; abatement and decontamination of a hotel property, treating rooms and areas are expected to successfully pass Methamphetamine and other hazardous chemical testing at acceptable levels in compliance with all State and County Health Department and State guidelines, laws, and administrative code and re-testing of all rooms following service.
