PURPOSE: Approval of a 2023 Budget Transfer
BACKGROUND: Companion to ECAF 2023-0707. Unforeseen project delays have extended completion timelines on several county projects. This budget transfer will help mitigate issues associated with the project funding due to these delays and allow timely expenditure of grant funds. This action (motion) should be heard prior to the Ordinance in ECAF 2023-0707.
