PURPOSE: To approve the agreement for Professional Rodeo Production Services for the 2026-2030 Fairs with Gold Buckle Rodeo Company.
BACKGROUND: An RFP #26-0679LY was posted. Three companies submitted proposals. The Evaluation Committee interviewed the top two rodeo producers. Gold Buckle Rodeo Company was awarded the contract. They have been the fair rodeo producer for the last 15 years. The rodeo is NPRA sanctioned.
