PURPOSE: Power of Attorney for initial vehicle title and registration process
BACKGROUND: On November 5, 2025, Snohomish County entered into a Master Equity Lease Agreement with Enterprise Fleet Management following a competitive procurement process under RFP24-0313BC. Enterprise Fleet Management was selected as the successful bidder. The agreement was presented to the Snohomish County Council under Motion No. 25-468. The motion was approved and signed on November 5, 2025, authorizing the County Executive to execute the necessary agreement documents related to the Master Equity Lease Agreement. Enterprise Fleet Management has requested the County Executive’s signature on a Power of Attorney document. This authorization is limited solely to enabling Enterprise Fleet Management to complete the initial vehicle title and registration process on behalf of Snohomish County. Approval of this document will allow Enterprise Fleet Management to efficiently process the necessary title and registration paperwork for vehicles acquired under the agreement.
