PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of RFP-01-18SR Amendment No. 9
BACKGROUND: This request is to Expedite. Facilities realized an oversight in the spend of the contract with Precision Door Service and would like to increase the limit of the contract to align with actual costs spent and for future spends through the life of Amendment 9 and the contract end on April 9, 2025. Please see the Tracking log for exact dollar details. We have multiple invoices that are awaiting payment once this request is approved.
