EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION:  Approved by Lacey Harper 8/8/23

PURPOSE: Council to approve signing of Contract S23-92401-422 for the Washington State Dept. of Commerce Weatherization Plus Health Grant (formerly Matchmakers) to provide funding to the Snohomish County Weatherization Program.

BACKGROUND: The outcome of this program is to improve the energy efficiency and health & safety of dwellings owned or occupied by eligible low-income persons/participants. Grant will provide funds for administration and delivery of weatherization services, repair services, and to perform Plus Health activities.
