PURPOSE: To enter into an interlocal agreement with the Town of Darrington to provide building, construction and fire plan review and code inspection services.
BACKGROUND: The Town of Darrington has requested an interlocal agreement (ILA) with Snohomish County for the County to provide building, construction, and fire plan review and code inspection services. The attached interlocal agreement provides for the County to perform these services to the Town, as requested.
