PURPOSE: To re-appoint Joel Walker to the Fair Advisory Board representing District #4. This is Joel’s first full term, commencing 1/1/26 and expiring 12/31/29. Joel fulfilled a term 7/9/25 and it will expire 12/31/25.
BACKGROUND: The Fair Advisory Board is composed of eleven members, five representing and appointed by the Council district in which they live, and six at-large members. The board was created to advise, consult and assist the Fair Manager in the operation and maintenance of the Evergreen State Fair. Refer to S.C.C. 2.32.070.
