PURPOSE: To authorize the Executive to sign amendment #8 with Aon Consulting.
BACKGROUND: RFP 015-20BC for Benefits Consulting Services was issued in April 2020 and the selection process was completed in June. AON Consulting was selected as the most qualified vendor. This amendment will exercise a 2-year extension per the original agreement. The term of the extension is 9/1/24-8/31/26. Expedited processing is requested due to the time sensitive nature of companion ECAF 2023-1220 - Amendment 9.
