PURPOSE: To obtain approval from the Council for an amendment to the compensation section of an existing contract between the Prosecuting Attorney and Harrigan Leyh Farmer & Thomsen LLP related to the Civil Survival v State of Washington civil matter.
BACKGROUND: The original contract was fully executed on April 14, 2021. The amendment increases the limit of compensation from $50,000 to $200,000.
