PURPOSE: Approving a 2024 budget transfer in Superior Court grant fund 130 and general fund 002.
BACKGROUND: The Court experienced a larger grant award and will need an appropriation of funds and increase in expenditure authority in Fund 130. The Court also looks to balance the programs under general fund as there is surplus in one program which can fund the deficit in another.
