PURPOSE: Approve Amendment 1
BACKGROUND: Community Transit contracts for law enforcement services through the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. Under ECAF 2023-1524, Community Transit and the County entered into a law enforcement services agreement through an ILA for the period of January 01, 2024 - December 31,2026. This Amendment No. 1 amends the cost for services to the ILA due to increases in interfund fees (ER&R, Risk, IT).
