PURPOSE: Approval and authorization for the Snohomish County Executive to sign and execute the agreement for Professional Services with Hill International, Inc.
BACKGROUND: RFP-037-21SB was released in 2021 seeking consultant services to provide expertise and training on the Progressive Design-Build project and to act as the Owner’s representative as needed for the Food and Farming Center. Hill International, Inc was selected through a competitive review process as the best qualified firm to complete the identified work.
