PURPOSE: To update the Master Contract Usage Agreement with the State of Washington
BACKGROUND: A Master Contract Usage Agreement between Snohomish County and The State of Washington authorizing cooperative purchases was approved by the County Council under Motion 13-245 and is currently in effect. At the state’s request we are signing a new and updated version of the same.
