PURPOSE: : Approving Grant Agreement for Everett Recovery Cafe to ensure that they continue to work with homeless and unhoused individual in the Snohomish County area.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Council approved adopted Ordinance 22-001 on February 23, 2022; making supplemental appropriation the General Fund 002 to provide expenditure authority for unanticipated funds the 2022 budget. Funding provided from the County to the Everett Recovery Cafe will be in the amount of $100,000 subject to the terms of the agreement.
