PURPOSE: To recommend the appointment of Karen O’Meara Pullen to the Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Program Advisory Board.
BACKGROUND:
* The Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Program Advisory Board (CDMH Board) currently has nine vacancies.
* The Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Program Advisory Board voted unanimously to recommend this individual for appointment at their April 21, 2021 board meeting.
* Karen O’Meara Pullen serves on the Snohomish County Children’s Commission. She has been recommended to serve as their representative on the CDMH Board.
* She will be serving the remainder of the vacated term (left by Jerry Strieck), which will expire on 2/28/2023.
