PURPOSE: To authorize funding for Bloomberg, as a single source provider, for investment research and trading services for five years.

 

BACKGROUND: This Agreement is the product of County SS-25-0510BC. Bloomberg is an existing service used by the Treasurer’s office. It is an online subscription service that is used as a comprehensive research and analytical tool covering multiple asset classes, electronic trading, market pricing and current economic news. There have been no like services identified and as such it is a single source purchase.
