PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of RFP-019-21DW Amendment 4
BACKGROUND: This request is to Expedite. The contract with McKinstry has expired August 15, 2024 and the extension has been submitted to be processed on Amendment 4. Facilities realized an oversight in the spend of the contract with McKinstry Company and would like to increase the limit of the contract to align with actual costs spent and for future spends on Amendment 3 through the life of the contract end on August 15, 2026 (pending in companion ECAF 2024-2329). Please see the Tracking log for exact dollar details. We have multiple invoices that are awaiting payment once this request is approved.
